Our Warranty
30-Day Money Back Guarantee (Returns/Exchanges)
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery (based on the carrier’s first “Delivered” scan), provided that:
- The device has no visible signs of damage
- The original packaging is intact
- You contact us by email before sending anything back (RMA required)
Refunds are issued only after the return is received and inspected.
Customers are responsible for return shipping and must provide a valid tracking number.
12-Month Limited Warranty (Manufacturing Defects Only)
This Limited Warranty is provided by NewBlade to the original purchaser and covers your NewBlade device for 12 months from the delivery date (carrier “Delivered” scan) against manufacturing defects under normal use.
What’s covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials/workmanship
- Device won’t power on or charge under normal use
- Heat / EMS / vibration not functioning after troubleshooting
What’s not covered
- Normal wear/tear, cosmetic damage
- Misuse, accidental damage, drops, water damage, tampering
- Unauthorized repairs/modifications
- Damage caused by non-approved chargers/cables/accessories
- Loss/theft, theft after delivery, or “not received” claims after carrier delivery confirmation
- Dissatisfaction / change of mind (covered only under the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee)
How to submit a warranty claim
Email support@newblade.co with:
- Order number + email used at checkout
- A short video (10–20 sec) clearly showing the issue
- A photo of the device and the box/label (to match your order)
We may request additional troubleshooting steps before approving a claim.
Inspection requirement (important)
For some claims, we may require the item to be returned for inspection before we issue a replacement, store credit, or refund.
If inspection shows no manufacturing defect (or damage/misuse is found), the claim may be denied.
Warranty resolution
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, NewBlade will provide one of the following remedies at our discretion:
- Replacement unit (or functionally equivalent model if unavailable)
- Repair (if applicable)
- Store credit
- Refund (typically only if replacement is unavailable)
Lifetime Warranty (Optional Add-On)
If you purchased the Lifetime Warranty at checkout, it extends the manufacturing-defect coverage beyond 12 months for as long as NewBlade continues to operate and support the product line.
What it covers
Same as the 12-Month Limited Warranty (manufacturing defects under normal use, after troubleshooting).
What it does not cover
- Normal wear/tear, cosmetic damage
- Accidental damage, misuse, water damage, drops, tampering, unauthorized repairs
- Loss/theft or theft after delivery
- Shipping/address issues or inaccessible delivery location
- Dissatisfaction/change of mind (30-day guarantee only)
Claims + inspection
Same claim requirements as above (video + order match). We may require return for inspection before replacement.
Resolution (Lifetime Warranty)
If a defect is confirmed, we will provide a replacement unit (or equivalent model). If replacement is not available, we may offer store credit or another remedy at our discretion.
Important notes
- Lifetime Warranty is non-refundable once purchased (even if the product is returned).
- Covers the original purchaser only, tied to the original order (non-transferable).
- A replacement does not reset or extend coverage beyond these Lifetime Warranty terms.
